The 1st Annual Shale Gas Producers Conference will be held October 6, 2008 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City, New York.
The main conference will be from 8AM to 1PM. There will be presentations by panellists from oil and gas and service companies, and opportunities to meet company executives. These one-on-one sessions will take place from 1:15PM until 6PM.

Discounts
All discounts will be applied to the conference fee only, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Group discounts: When 3 attendees from the same company register and pay in full for the conference, a fourth employee may register free of charge. This group discount cannot be combined with the early bird discount or any other promotional offer.
Substitution / Cancellation
Substitution of conference participants is permissible provided we are notified 24 hours in advance of the conference day.
Cancellations must be received in writing 15 days prior to the conference date and a refund will be issued less a 25% service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after ten days prior to the conference date. Phasis Consulting reserves the right to cancel any conference and in such event will make a full refund of any registration fees only, and will not be held liable for travel, lodging or other costs incurred by participants.
Phasis consulting reserves the right to alter the conference program, content and speakers without prior notice.
